BCG’s Mobile Responder App integrates essential offline functionality, personnel tracking capabilities, and swift form entry to complement our DisasterLAN (DLAN) emergency management software and other BCG software solutions.

With the DLAN Mobile Responder App, field emergency managers can seamlessly exchange critical information, including images and videos, among themselves and to the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) utilizing their personal mobile devices.

• Custom mobile forms and workflows can be tailored to your specific requirements within DLAN
• DLAN provides user-friendly form creation tools with no programming expertise necessary

LEVERAGE USER DEVICES

• The App gains access to cameras, photos, and GPS tracking features on each user's device
• GPS tracking enables the app to monitor current and past locations, offering a straightforward, precise, and cost-effective method for tracking personnel and viewing historical routes for vehicles, damage assessments, grid searches, and more
• The mobile responder app has no restrictions on the number of authorized users who can download it, with no individual user charges incurred

ASSIGNED TASK MODE

• Facilitates quick initiation of field staff in their daily responsibilities
• Upon logging in, the App automatically syncs and downloads all assigned tasks including forms, basic ticket data, and contact information
• Upon task completion, the data is automatically synchronized back to DLAN for seamless integration

WORK OFFLINE

• Easily work offline with any form required
• Local saving of work progress is supported while offline
• "Store and forward" functionality allows for syncing with DLAN once connectivity is restored

SYNC DATA WITH DLAN

• After syncing a form with DLAN, multiple actions can be taken:

• The forms can be attached to a ticket either manually or through automated workflows
• Data can be sent to the Risk & Resiliency module for further processing
• The information can be displayed in maps & dashboards or included in reports for exporting purposes
